Responsibilities:
· Answer phone calls, manage emails, direct clients to appropriate staff, and provide exceptional customer experience.
· Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, market appropriate products and services.
· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.

Requirements
·  Must have Property & Casualty (P&C) license
·  Customer Service experience
·  Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
·  Ability to multi-task
